The Retail Book Trade: Tea Room Guide & Digest is shipped four times a year to book stores, gift
shops, and alternate market retailers that have been carefully selected because of their customer profile.
Tea Room Distribution: Of the 35,000 issues distributed, approximately 15,000 will be sold through tea
rooms to their patrons. Tea Room Guide & Digest will be available in up to 500 tea rooms by June, 2003.
Public Relations Campaign: We have also implemented a focused advertising plan to solicit sales
through popular magazines, on tea web sites, and in media outlets that have audiences with
demographics similar to our readership. We are supplementing advertising with a publicity campaign that
includes press-releases, news articles, and feature interviews in most major and many secondary media
markets—both print and radio.
First issue: Summer 2003
Frequency: Quarterly (Planning to go bimonthly, 6 issues per year, by Winter/05)
Circulation: 35,000 (10,000 to bookstores, 20,000 to tea rooms, & 5,000 promotional)
Projected: Fall/03 40,000 copies; Winter/04 45,000 copies; Spring/04 50,000 copies

Retail Distribution: Nationally to selected major book chains, health outlets, alternative, and gift retailers.
